The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Korea
stood at 10,683 as of midnight of May 21st.
With the need for additional cautions for
re-spreading, Grand Plastic Surgery is continuing its campaign to prevent
corona in order to help overcome the crisis.
All employees of Grand Plastic Surgery created
action guidelines and is following it to thoroughly prevent COVID-19.
All employees work from home at least once a week
to take care of their health, refraining from going out other than working
hours.
In addition, all employees and visiting customers
are able to enter the hospital after checking their body temperature and health
checklist.
The campaign includes actions such as washing
hands frequently under running water with soap or hand sanitizer for more than 30
seconds, having all employees and visiting customers wear a mask in the clinic, if all employees and customers show
suspicious symptoms such as fever, chills, headaches, coughs, and difficulty
breathing, contact is blocked and reported to the Korea Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention or health center.
COVID-19 goes through an incubation period of
about 2-14 days (estimated) when infected, and has respiratory symptoms such as
fever (37.5 degrees Celsius), coughing or difficulty breathing, and pneumonia,
but there are also rare cases of an asymptotic infection. The reason why corona
is dangerous is that it is contagious even during incubation periods when
symptoms do not appear, which speeds up the spread. Therefore, you should pay
more attention to health care for everyone, even if you don't have any special
symptoms
CEO Rhee Sewhan M.D(Plastic surgeon) said, "We need to take care of the health of the medical staff and all employees in order to take responsibility for the health of the patients. Therefore, we will do our best to ensure that we are fully prepared for the COVID-19 crisis and re-spreading through health care and frequent health checks.
